Connect Meta ads

Sharing your ad account lets us read how each variant performs, so we can pick the winners for you. This takes about two minutes, and the access is view only, so we can never edit your campaigns, budgets, or billing.

You share your ad account with the Farcasts business as a partner. Our business ID is 870495176136105.

Note

You need to be an admin (full control) of the business portfolio to do this. Only admins can add a partner, so if you do not see the Partners section in your Business settings, your access level is not high enough. Just ask whoever owns your Meta Business portfolio to do these steps, or to give you full control, and we are happy to help either way.

Steps

1. Go to business.facebook.com/settings and log in.
2. In the left menu, open Partners.
3. Under Give a partner access to your assets, click Add.
4. Enter the Farcasts business ID 870495176136105 and continue.
5. On the Assign assets step, select Ad accounts, tick your ad account, and switch on only View performance. Leave everything else off, then confirm. That is it. We accept the share from our side, and your Connect ads card in the dashboard will show Meta as connected.

Note

View performance is the only access we ask for. We cannot edit your campaigns, change budgets, touch billing, or see anything beyond how your ads are doing.

Prefer we do it? Send us your ad account ID

If you would rather not add us as a partner yourself, we can send the request to you instead. Just send us your Meta ad account ID and we will send a partner request to your business for you to accept.

1. Find your ad account ID first. In Meta Ads Manager it shows at the top of the screen, or in the account dropdown. You can also find it under Business settings, Accounts, Ad accounts, where clicking your ad account shows the ID. It is a long number, sometimes written with an act_ prefix.
2. Send it to us. Reply to us with it, or pass it to your Farcasts contact.
3. We send a request to your business. You will see it under Requests in your Meta Business settings.
4. To accept, open Business settings, go to Requests, and approve the request from Farcasts, granting View performance.

Once you approve, your Connect ads card in the dashboard will show Meta as connected.
